IRY Policies

Returns & Refunds Policy:

There are no returns or refunds accepted, as every item is completely custom and made to order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any damage caused in the shipping/mailing process is not the responsibility of IRY Designs and will not be refunded. Any packages lost in the shipping/mailing process are not the responsibility of IRY Designs and will not be refunded. Any damage caused by the customer once the product is received is not the responsibility of IRY Designs, so returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be granted. Please feel free to contact Isabel via email or direct message if you have any further questions or concerns about returns and refunds, or if there is an issue with a product you have received. (Please attach photos to an email or message if something is wrong with a product.)

Shipping:

A tracking number will be provided with every order, and the responsibility of the package is passed to the postal service once the package is dropped off at the post office. Any damage that occurs during the shipping process is not the responsibility of IRY Designs. Any packages lost in the shipping process are not the responsibility of IRY Designs. International shipping is not available as of right now, but customers will be informed if it does become available!

Intellectual Property:

The designs, garments, artwork, and photos on this website belong to Isabel Yagerman. They cannot be used without crediting Isabel Yagerman. As a small designer and artist, all support is appreciated, so please spread the word as long as the proper credit is given!
